Having dyspraxia, the thought of anything maths-related makes me almost vomit with anxiety. I knew I was going to need a lot more help and patience than average to get my head around foreign exchange rates. Aaron and his dad spent in total about a few hours of their time helping me to set up my account and initial payment to my factory in China and happily talking me through the whole process. Aaron is always available, friendly, non-judgemental, encouraging, and has essentially saved my business a lot of money. I tend to hate dealing with ‘mathsy’ people, but I was made to feel comfortable, secure, and equal.
I initially had planned to do my foreign exchange payments with an all-female company because I couldn’t stand the arrogant ‘City-geezer’ mentality of some males in that industry. Aaron is not at all like that and is very personable. I also deal with Georgia, who is always efficient and delivers when she promises to. I always feel like I’m treated as a priority even though I do baby transactions with her.

The setup process was incredibly straightforward, and the team were helpful with ensuring we had all the necessary paperwork assembled. However, the real value comes with how the pricing and transparency of the foreign exchange process works. The rates offered are competitive, but when you factor in the (often hidden) fees from other providers, the results are remarkable.
For our first transaction, we received CAD 22,052. If we had processed this, as we used to, via Stripe, we would have received £12,191 in our UK account. However, with the Frank Exchange rate and process, we received £12,707 – a saving of £516, and funds were received 3 working days earlier than normal.
